Talent Manager H/F - Institut Lyfe

Institut Lyfe (ex-Institut Paul Bocuse) trains responsible leaders in the fields of Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts.

Over the past 30 years, it has developed a unique ecosystem combining initial education, research and professional training. Today, it welcomes 1,200 students from approximately 75 different nationalities.

From Bachelor's degrees to PhDs, its teaching is based on experiential learning, focusing on project management, talent development, entrepreneurial spirit and creativity. It is the only school in France to have a Michelin-starred training restaurant, a 5-star training hotel, and a Research Center which, through its scientific work, contributes to the quality of teaching and takes a forward-looking approach to the future of the Hospitality, Food & Beverage and Culinary Arts sectors.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Manager (F/M) to join our team on a permanent contract (CDI), starting as soon as possible. You will support our students and join a team of five Talent Managers.

Your role will be to support students in developing their career plans, securing internships, and follow their work placements within companies.

Main responsibilities :

• Guide students in entering the professional world by supporting them in choosing and validating their internships (career development workshops, internship and job search tools, individual interviews);
• Act as the main point of contact for companies during internships, explaining the educational objectives and the programme position to internship supervisors and HR managers;
• Design educational materials and deliver courses and workshops;
• Identify, encourage and promote students' skills and talents, while supporting them in developing their soft skills;
• Monitor students' internships and ensure their smooth running, including follow-up assessments once students return;
• Ensure the monitoring and administrative management of internship placements (dashboards, reporting, CRM data entry);
• Participate in educational activities in order to understand challenges and promote the department's activities (Open Days and admissions sessions, approximately six Saturdays per year, Parcoursup interviews, etc.);
• Contribute to the implementation and follow up of assessment activities (skills assessments, professional positioning tests, etc.);
• Work closely and effectively with the academic team to support and monitor students throughout their studies.

What if you were THE person we are looking for?

You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources and have experience in the Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Culinary Arts sector. You have at least 2 years of successful experience in an HR position specialising in training, recruitment and/or talent management. You are comfortable in a multicultural environment.

You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment, so you must be fluent in both spoken and written english.

You are proactive and empathetic, with strong listening and interpersonal skills, and you enjoy working as part of a team. You are flexible and able to adapt to changes and to different cultural environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools is required.
